Shipping Methods

Small parcels are sent via Royal Mail, 1st class post. Large parcels are sent via a signed-for courier service such as myHermes/ Evri, either 48hour, or 3-5 day. 

I aim to dispatch within 1-4 working days of receiving the order. Delivery is usually made 1-5 working days after dispatch, if you need an exact date, or have any special requests regarding delivery please do not hesitate to contact me. 

The following delivery charges apply for UK mainland only. Additional charges will apply for some remote areas and the Highlands and Islands. Overseas orders are welcome, please contact Fleen first for a quote for delivery.

£5 for one piece, £2 will be added for each subsequent piece in any given order.

If you prefer to collect your pots in person, you are very welcome to do so, please contact me to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with anything that you buy from me, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation with you.
 
In the unlikely event a pot should arrive damaged or incorrect, or if there is a shortage, provided that you notify me within 7 working days of the receipt, I will be able to offer one of the following options:
• Make good any shortage.
• Replace damaged items with an alternative piece.
• Refund to you the amount paid for the pot.

You can return pots you have ordered from me for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This is provided the pots are received by me in an unused, undamaged condition. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning goods.
